Job Responsibilities:

1. Support daily recruitment including CV screening, phone interview and interview arrangements;

2. Support administration team in arranging company activities

3. Employee documents and other materials maintenance and management;

4. HR record maintain in SAP system;

5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

1. University student

2. Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as company at all time
