JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

A.        Social Media Executive
Working Period=5 months(Jan-May 2014)
Shanghai based, fulltime office based

Job Description
a        Assist in execution social media campaigns via day-to-day activities such as online content creation i.e. Weibo updates, Wechat updates, video content, seeding campaign content on relevant social media sites, online influencer outreach, posting on BBS etc;
b        Regular communication with media partner’s weibo account or catch hot topics to maximize our social media exposure;
c        Interact with our customers to align with our corporate objectives and event brand character.

Requirement
a        Understanding of social media platforms i.e. weibo, blogs, bbs, video platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios; We’re looking for a social media addict who maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise from among these channels;
b        Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format;
c        Good English skills;
d        College student or graduate who love sports is a plus.


B.        PR Assistant
Working Period=5 months(Jan-May 2014)
Shanghai based, fulltime office based

Job Description
a        Writing and distributing press releases & features to targeted media;
b        Assist in preparing regular reports, ie. pulse report, coverage report etc. and assessing the progress of the Marketing & PR campaign;
c        Event on-site support, ie. media registration etc;
d        Assist in media communication for pre-event and during-event promotion;
e        And any other duties which may be assigned by the management.

Requirement
a        Good in reading and written English and Good Chinese writing skills;
b        Detail oriented;
c        College student or graduate major in relevant subject, such as journalism, advertising, marketing communications etc.
