Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.        Support daily recruitment including CV screening, phone interview and interview arrangements;
支持日常的销售工作，包括：简历筛选，电话面试和面试安排。
2.        Support administration team in arranging company activities
支持行政团队组织公司各种活动。
3.        Employee documents and other materials maintenance and management;
文件整理和归档
4.        HR record maintain in SAP system;
SAP系统维护
5.        Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:
1.        University student
在校生
2.        Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as company at all time

3.        Good communication skills in both oral and written.

5.        Fluent in English
英文流利
6.        Can work till year end, at least 3 days per week.
