要求：大三或者研一研二学生，每周至少3天，至少为期6个月。
地点：张江高科李冰路227号

薪资： 本科生110/天，研究生130/天。

Title: Legal Intern
Job Responsibilities ：
1.        Prepare translations and conduct legal research;
2.        Assist legal counsel with various legal activities such as compliance trainings, IP trainings, commercial legal work, litigation handling, etc.;
3.        Provide support to legal counsel in transactions and projects;
4.        Assist in maintaining day-to-day records, dockets and files in legal department;
5.        Coordinate legal activities and administrative formalities (law suits, filings, etc.) with external law firms, private agents and law enforcement authorities in China;
6.        Provide other professional and administrative support to legal counsel.

Minimum Qualifications ：
1.        Major in Law,   Graduate student
2.        interest to work as an in-house counsel or lawyer after graduate school;
3.        3 days or above per week, for a term of minimum 6 months;
4.        Good oral and written English;
5.        Good communication skills;
6.        Responsible, organized and team work
