Staffing Intern


Position Title:  Staffing Intern / 人力资源实习生
Working Location:  Zhangjiang, Shanghai
                                        上海市 浦东新区 张江高新科技园区 李冰路227号

Responsibility:
•        Renew recruiting information on website on a daily basis, create advertisements as needed
•        Source and identify targeted candidates through websites
•        Coordinate with line managers for on-site and telecon interview schedule
•        Maintain and manage internal recruiting system
•        Prepare offer letter, announcement and onboarding materials
•        Other tasks assigned by supervisor



Requirements:
•        University students in junior year (Bachelor or Master) major in English or Human Resources preferred
•        3 days and above per week
•        Good communication in both Chinese and English
•        Good command of computer skill in Word, Excel & PPT
•        Fast Learner, detail-oriented and good cooperation spirit
